Dr. Diana Ann Issac assumed role as Assistant Professor at the Department of Commerce in Mar Athanasius College (Autonomous), Kothamangalam, Kerala, in 2010 and has been serving as the Head of the Department since 2019. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she holds the position of NAAC Joint Coordinator and is the faculty in charge of the Gender Sensitization Cell at the college. She is presently the Chairperson of the Board of Studies for B.Com. and M.Com programmes. She is also a member, Board of Studies of the B.Voc Business and Accounting Programme. Dr. Diana has previously donned the roles of IQAC Coordinator, NAAC Coordinator, Staff Association Secretary (Twice), Fcaulty in charge of Speaker's Forum. Dr. Diana was a selected participant in the FLAIR initiative of the Kerala Higher Education Council. Her extensive international teaching experience includes roles as a faculty member at ITC College of Business and Laws in Singapore (affiliated to the University of London) and an adjunct faculty member at Benedictine College in Kansas, USA.
