Physics

The Research Centre in Physics was started in November 1999. Active research work is going on in the field of Material Science - Thin film Gas Sensors,Solar Energy Materials and Photo catalytic Applications of transition metal oxide films, Applications of Magnetic materials and Optics. The centre has a good number of research publications of international repute to their credit. So far, 4 Ph.D.s have been produced and one full-time and five part-time research scholars are actively pursuing research activities leading to Ph.D. degree. Besides, many of our PG students are publishing their project work in reputed journals.
