Dr.Jini Thomas joined the Department of Commerce as Assistant Professor in 2014. She is a member of PG and UG Board of Studies of Department of Commerce, Mar Athanasius College Kothamangalam. She secured her doctoral degree from Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam in the year 2021 on “A Study on Micro Entrepreneurs in Kerala “. Her areas of interest include Business Laws, Taxation and Cost Accounting . She has co ordinated many academic programmes such as National level Workshop, Seminar and Invited Talks and Question Paper Setter, Kannur university, B.Com, March/April 2019 .She was invited as a Resource Person in seminars and invited talks by various colleges. In addition to the academic endeavours she is also involved in many co-curricular and extra-curricular activities such as NAAC accreditation process (criteria 2 co-ordinator) ,Chief warden of College Hostel and member of various clubs actively functioning in our college .
