Mr Pradeep Kumar, Director, Madhyakerala Farmer Producer Company Limited delivered a talk on importance of millets, Principal Dr. Manju Kurian inaugurated the function which was chaied by Dr. Aji Abraham, Head, department of Botany.
In the millet food expo named 'Grains of Glory', various millets were exhibited. The food fest included food items prepared from different millets like millet payasam, Ragi laddu, ragi unniyappam, Millet cake, millet brownie and millet cutlet.
